Quick Cabbage + Sausage

Ingredients:

1 package Conecuh or other spicy smoked sausage, sliced into rounds

1 head cabbage, separated and but into smaller pieces

2 Tbsp (or more) butter

8 ounces heavy cream

2 Tbsp Dijon or spicy mustard

Brown the sausage in a large skillet. Add the butter and the cabbage to the pan and cook until the cabbage wilts down to the desired degree of softness. Add 8 ounces heavy cream and the mustard. Mix together until a sauce forms. Enjoy!!
